  • Introduce the App: When you arrive in-store, show beauty advisors how to download and access your education materials on the BeautyFluent app. 

 

  • Scan Your Products: Show them how they can scan the barcode on any of your products and instantly access training information. 

 

  • Complete Your Training: Train them on your products using the pro tips, videos, and product details you uploaded to your digital training page. 

 

  • Ask For Feedback: Scroll to the bottom of your product page to show beauty advisors the “Send Feedback” feature, which allows them to message you with insights from the sales floor.

 

  • Remind Them: Before you head out, remind beauty advisors that they can access your training materials anytime on the BeautyFluent app.

 

 

For PREMIUM subscribers sold at JCPenney…

As a Premium subscriber sold at JCPenney, your brand is always discoverable on in-store iPads at all 600 JCPenney Beauty locations. Beauty advisors at JCPenney use the iPads to guide customers to products that meet their values and requests. The BeautyFluent team visits all locations every year–ensuring beauty advisors are familiar with the app and understand how to use it as a resource.
